Tummy Tuck with Muscle Repair
The AFTER photo is just over 4 weeks after surgery so incisions are still very visible as the scars do fade over course of a year plus we do have recommendations for later scar management to make them very faint in the long run.
Breast augmentation and tummy tuck
This patient is a very classic example of what is routinely called a mommy makeover.
Both improvement in the abdomen area and breast area can bring back the body proportion which was disturbed most commonly with pregnancy and/or with weight gain and weight loss situations both breast augmentation, and or breast lift can often be combined with tummy tuck since recovery process is perfectly safe and restrictions associated with Tummy Tuck supersede the restrictions associated with breast surgery.
In other words, one can recover from both surgeries safely at the same time and there's also a financial benefit when two surgeries are combined.
The tummy tuck involves repair of the muscle layer, stretched out with pregnancy, removal of excessive skin and liposuction of the flank region to improve waist line as needed.

Mommy Makeover
Many women experience a significant loss of confidence due to changes in their body shape and feel disconnected from their pre-pregnancy selves. A mommy makeover can help them feel more comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Liposuction
This is example of liposuction performed on the patient who has maintained a relatively stable weight throughout her life, following pregnancy she has developed areas where even weight loss has not improved, and despite being physically active, those areas remained difficult to change.

Chin and Neck Liposuction
Chin liposuction is a very effective way to improve the contour of upper neck.
Patients who are too young or do not have sufficient skin laxity to warrant more aggressive surgeries, such as neck lift or facelift, can benefit from this procedure, which is quick and has fairly minimal restrictions during recovery period.
It is also noticeably less expensive than Kybella, which requires multiple treatments at significant cost.
Liposuction
In cases where skin laxity in the torso area is not significantly compromised, and the skin quality does not suffer from extensive stretch marks, and there is no overhanging skin in the lower abdomen- Liposuction is a very good option to improve the waist line area and abdomen area.
This patient also complained, as many do, about skin “rolling” and fullness in the bra area of her flanks - which is both a result of aging, and the fact that skin in that area has additional attachments to the rib cage.
Liposuction is a very nice tool to correct fullness to a significant degree by removing the excessive fat and by causing secondary skin tightening. By breaking down the tethering connections on the side that folding can be dramatically improved.

Tummy Tuck
This patient is a classic example of changes and skin damage often associated with multiple pregnancies and /or C-sections.
In this patient a classic tummy tuck has been performed and pictures are approximately three months apart.
Under the skin layer the muscle structures were re-repaired and brought back to its previous pre-pregnancy position.
The excessive lower abdomen skin has been removed and liposuction of both flanks has been performed.
Tummy Tuck with Muscle Repair
Woman 40 years old, after 4 pregnancies and one c-section - standard Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle repair, liposuction of the waistline and side of the chest (“back fat”) and skin excision from the front.
Blepharoplasty
This is an example of lower lid surgery to correct excessive skin looseness. Other than normal aging process, eye lids can become “excessive” due to other contributing factors such as allergies, genetics, excessive sun exposure, etc.
The AFTER picture is approximately 6 months after surgery.
Neck and Chin Lipo
This patient is a classic example of neck Lift combined with lower facelift. The goal of this procedures is to correct the contour of the neck remove some excessive skin and also to remove and profile jowls.

Tummy Tuck
This patient struggled with maintaining strength in her abdominal region, despite undergoing routine exercise programs and physical therapy after her twin pregnancy.
A classic tummy tuck was performed with extensive repair of the muscle layer, which was stretched beyond average, and then excessive skin was removed from the front abdomen and lip section of the flanks was performed.
